Pantek provides Technical Support services over the phone, email, and/or using remote login software (such as Telnet, SSH, VNC, etc), at your discretion. In some areas, on-site service is also available. Work is billed on a per hour basis, and discounts are available for block purchases. All work begins with a Time Estimate which you approve prior to start of any effort.

    • After Hours Work is billed at time and a half.
