Pantek Managed Services - Per Server
Pantek's Managed Services Packages allow you to transfer your day-to-day server related management responsibility as a means for improving network operations and freeing your IT staff up to work on more important things. We offer three packages; Basic, Standard and Premium with custom packages available upon request. Please contact us if you are interested in more information or to setup service. All hours are provided on a per server basis.

The Pantek Support Process
1) INTERVIEW.... Discuss, identify and document the problem.
2) ESTIMATE.... We provide an estimate of the hours/services involved.
3) APPROVAL.... You then decide exactly what work is to be done.
4) PAYMENT.... Once you have paid, work can begin immediately.
5) WORK.... Pantek engineers can access your system directly through SSH, explore the problem, and fix it directly. Pantek can also talk you through the exploration and fixes, so you can do it yourself.
6) DOCUMENTATION.... Work is documented for your future reference.
7) FOLLOW-UP.... A manager will contact you to see how things went!
